  •      Itinerary:

  •    Early pick up after breakfast from around 10.00am from your Nile Cruise or Hotel for a fun filled day of activities around colourful Nubian Aswan

  •      Stop 1 -

  •      You will be taken across the Nile to the West Bank to meet your camel safari then be assisted on to your camel to enjoy a leisurely ride up the sand desert mountains in Aswan until reaching the Monastery of St Simeon. Preserved since from the 6th century, it is one of the largest Coptic Monasteries in the world. Due to water shortages, it was abandoned and left untouched for many years. 

  •     From the top of the Monastery, you can gaze down at the views from the top of the hill over to Aswan City, the desert, and appreciate the wonders of nature and life in Aswan. 

  •    Lunch will be provided at at traditional Nubian Restaurant for time to enoy the local food and relax. 

  •     Stop 2 -

  •     After lunch, you will be treated to a delightful sailing in a traditional ‘Felucca’ boat to explore Lord Kitchener’s Botanical garden island. the Island was named after Lord kitchener, the British General from world War one for his contribution to Egypt

  •      Stop 3 -

  •       Next, on to a local Nubian Village where you can see real life of how the local Nubian people live and work, Here you will enjoy a free walk around one of the Nubian Houses which often hosts a small enclosure of baby crocodiles which you can actually hold and have photographs with! See the lovely bright colours which decorate their homes and the simple yet humble lifestyles they live. 

  •      Stop 4 -

  •     The last visit of the day will be a visit to the very informative and fascinating Nubian Museum to discover the culture and traditions of the Nubians with many fascinating artifacts and stories about their life and history.

  •    Finally you will be transferred back to your Nile cruise or Hotel in the evening.

  •      Reservations should be made as early as possible to secure your places on required tour and we accept booking 1 day prior to tour starting .Your booking will be secured upon receipt of a 25% deposit Once completed, our Representative will take the balance of payment when you are collected for your tour.(cash or credit and debit cards accepted).
